All our new products come with a FULL Manufacturer’s Warranty for your peace of mind. If there is any notable defect with your order please contact our customer support team at sales@ssiautomotive.co.nz ASAP and we will organize a replacement as soon as possible.
For these cases you freight it back to us and we will reimburse you for the cost when the product arrives and has been approved as faulty. Your replacement product will be sent out immediately!
If you cancel your order, change your mind or order the incorrect items you will be offered a credit or refund 20% less of the total sale presuming the following conditions are met:
- ALL Returns must be approved by management prior to return. All returns are at the discretion of management. (There are selected items that are not returnable for safety reasons)
- Return is made within 14 day period from the original purchase date.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unscratched, unmarked, and unused.
- Custom made, modified products and TORQ branded products are non-returnable and therefore are non-refundable item/s.
- Products ordered internationally, and blank wheels that are drilled to order are non-returnable and therefore are non-refundable item/s.
- Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of SSI AUTOMOTIVE.
- We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. SSI Automotive is not responsible for returns that are not received.
- Final Sale/Clearance, Used, or Second-Hand items are non-returnable and therefore are non-refundable item/s.
- Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a $15 processing fee. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.
- SSI Automotive will provide a 100% credit or refund if we are unable to fulfil your order, or find a suitable alternative.
- Any online order must be returned following the SSI Automotive Return Process below.
RETURNS PROCESS
To return an item, please first contact our customer support team at sales@ssiautomotive..co.nz with the reason for your return. Please include your order number in the subject of the email and attach photos for reference if necessary. All returns are at the discretion of management. Once the return has been approved, you will receive postage instructions and the necessary information to finalize your return.
Do not attempt to return your order without an authorization number or we will be unable to locate it.
Please note, the return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind/incorrectly ordered items.
Once SSI Automotive receives your return:
- Please follow your return tracking details to monitor your return delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 4 business days of your return being received and are made in the form of the original payment or store credit.
- If you opt for store credit, this credit will be made immediately available to you. Please note, store credit cannot be refunded at a later date.
- If you paid via card, funds take 5-7 business days to securely process.
- If you paid via AfterPay you will receive an email from AfterPay outlining your AfterPay account amendment.
- You will receive a courtesy email update from SSI Automotive as soon as your return has been approved and your refund has been initiated.
